How to order and pay for the products or services.

How to order?

 

You can order from this web site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders are normally processed on a first come first served basis during the normal working hours of Customer Services: Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

 

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A search box is located on every page of our website.

You will also find links to browse different categories in the top navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title/name or image of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

 

 

Once you have found the product you are after, clicking the 'Add to basket' button will add the item to your shopping basket. If you require more than one of the same item, you can change quantities in the basket. To view your basket at any time simply click on the 'Shopping Basket' link on the top portion of the webpage.

 

 

Once you are satisfied you have all the items you require and you are ready to buy, clicking on the 'Shopping Basket' link on the top portion of the page will take you to your basket.

From here you can change quantities and delete items if necessary. Once you are completely satisfied click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

 

 

To complete your purchase simply fill in the details as requested, if you have previously registered on the site some, if not all details, should already be filled in (if you want to change anything just click on the appropriate buttons.) The info bar at the top of the screen will tell how what step of the purchase process you are currently on.

 

 

All orders placed on the web site are paid through the paypal facility

Personal and business cheques will be held for up to 10 business days to ensure payment clears before an order is shipped.

 

If paying with a purchase order please enter the purchase order number and details of the organisation in the order comments. Once purchase order number has been verified the order will be processed.

 

 

In addition to ordering on our web site you may place your order by telephone, email or post.

Bulk-buy prices are available for many products. If you are interested in bulk buying products please contact us for a quote concerning items which you are interested in purschasing and the customer service team will happily quote for the product/s.

 

 

Although we can despatch goods to an alternative delivery address if requested (provided the invoice address matches card holders address), we cannot send as 'gifts'. We cannot include personalised message, etc. Also all items despatched have a despatch note which includes the price.
